Since its inception in London in 2002, Zuma’s contemporary izakaya concept has garnered a devoted global following. Now, the brand is set to expand further with four new locations in St. Tropez, Gstaad, Cortina, and Vail, reinforcing its presence in sought-after destinations.
St. Tropez – Opening May 2025
Building on its success in Cannes, Zuma will debut at the iconic Byblos Hotel in St. Tropez. The open-air venue will blend seamlessly with the Mediterranean surroundings, featuring a striking Japanese-inspired bar and a stunning atmosphere perfect for Riviera nights.
Gstaad – Opening December 2025
Set within the luxurious Ultima Hotel Gstaad, Zuma’s winter pop-up will offer après-ski dining with handcrafted drinks and DJ sets. The experience extends beyond the hotel, with private in-chalet dining available for an exclusive touch.
Cortina – Opening December 2025
Nestled in the Italian Alps, Zuma Cortina will provide panoramic views of the ski slopes. Guests will enter through a dramatic tunnel of Japanese lanterns into an intimate space featuring wool-lined seating, ice-inspired glass accents, and a central robata kitchen. A DJ and ambient lighting will enhance the dining experience.
Vail – Opening Late 2025
Located in The Sebastian Hotel, Zuma Vail will introduce a refined winter aesthetic with textured interiors, a glowing amber resin bar, and a warm, inviting ambiance. Designed for socialising after a day on the slopes, it will offer an intimate setting.
Looking ahead to 2026, Zuma will bring its renowned izakaya experience to Cabo San Lucas and Milan, further expanding its presence in elite global destinations.
