Foodlink Luxury Catering aims to become the largest and foremost provider of luxury catering services in the world
Sanjay Vazirani’s Foodlink F&B Holdings India Pvt. Ltd.’s flagship division, Foodlink Luxury Catering, one of the top luxury catering firms, has announced the extension of its operations in Milan to serve the booming destination wedding market in the European region.
Foodlink Luxury Catering intends to open restaurants in this region as well, taking into account the expanding restaurant market and lucrative F&B market in Europe. By doing this, Foodlink Luxury Catering hopes to improve its position within the F&B sector on a global scale.
The catering company had raised $8 million in its latest funding round, which was used for further expansions across the UAE. Foodlink launched in the UAE with the opening of China Bistro in Al Karama in April 2019 and further expanded with cloud kitchen Art of Dum in January 2021. Currently, Foodlink has been operating five outlets of China Bistro, four gourmet delivery kitchens of Art of Dum, and two outlets of India Bistro across the UAE.
Earlier this year, Foodlink provided catering services to Aneesh Misra and Vanshika Goenka’s wedding, daughter of renowned businesswoman Dipali Goenka and B K Goenka, Chairperson of Welspun India Ltd which was held at Raffles The Palm Dubai.
In recent years, Europe has risen to prominence in the market for destination weddings and has established itself as a top choice for Indians getting married in the UK and the US. Foodlink intentionally set up its head office in the United Arab Emirates to take advantage of these new prospects and broaden its global network.
Foodlink Luxury Catering, which has more than 20 years of culinary experience, will provide the European market with an exceptional selection of authentic and exotic Indian dishes in addition to specially curated international cuisine. The company also collaborates with Michelin Star Chefs and Food design & Impact companies from across the world to provide specially curated and personalized culinary spreads in Europe.
