With a distinguished career spanning over 15 years, Chef Marras brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and innovation to the 1960s Italian Riviera-inspired establishment. His culinary journey commenced at Ipssar Tor Carbone in Rome, culminating in pivotal roles at globally acclaimed venues such as Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in Dubai and London, and St. George Restaurant by Heinz Beck in Taormina.
