Ting Irie has appointed Tomlin George Graham as its new head chef

With over 16 years of global experience, Tomlin brings his passion for authentic Caribbean and Jamaican cuisine to branches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. His vision is to create an immersive dining experience rooted in traditional island flavours, aiming to enhance the menu while coaching staff to deliver exceptional service.

Tomlin said “I’m delighted to join the Ting Irie team and hope to add more authentic variety into the menu while utilizing my hospitality experience to coach staff towards executing exemplary service. This is my first role in the UAE, and I am equally excited to highlight the culinary wonders of my homeland to such a cosmopolitan crowd of people while transporting them to the heart of Jamaica and the Caribbean with every dish.”

Raised in Jamaica, Tomlin’s culinary journey began through family traditions and has taken him around the world, including roles at prestigious venues and a key part in launching a successful Jamaican restaurant in Qatar.
