Known for its elevated take on Mediterranean and coastal cuisine, Sur.Dubai blends Turkish culinary heritage with refined dining. Umit will oversee all aspects of operations, focusing on service excellence and delivering standout culinary experiences. With over 20 years of F&B experience across the UAE and UK, he brings a strong track record in managing high-volume venues and launching successful cloud kitchen models.
Umit holds an MBA from the University of Westminster and began his hospitality career in the UK. As Operations Manager at Busaba Eathai, he drove $13M in annual revenue and record-breaking profitability over four years.
In 2014, he joined Al Mana Group as Senior Operations Manager, leading pre-openings and menu innovation in Dubai and Doha. With his strategic leadership now at the helm, Sur.Dubai is set to redefine premium seafood dining in the region.
