Sofitel Dubai The Palm has introduced a month-long culinary festival inviting diners for an epicurean journey
EPICURE Culinary Month by Sofitel will see the five-star hotel’s renowned chefs and culinary experts partner for a series of grape tastings and dining experiences. Highlights include a four-hands dinner by Sofitel’s Jacob Nava Villarreal, chef de cuisine at Moana Seafood Restaurant, and Brazilian chef Manoella Buffara named Latin America’s Best Female Chef 2022, masterclasses in partnership with The Tasting Class, and The EPICURE Evening Brunch.
“The culinary month concept is an opportunity to showcase not only the chefs in our signature outlets but the hotel’s full culinary offering,” said Kevin Fleming, Executive Chef at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. “Throughout March, residents and visitors across the UAE will be able to re-discover their favourite restaurants, attend a host of gastronomy-focused masterclasses, and sample creative new menus.”
The EPICURE Evening Brunch will take place on 17th March in Maui Terrace, featuring live cooking stations from six of the property’s restaurants. Look forward to a food safari adventure brimming with international dishes, free-flowing beverages, and live entertainment. Throughout the month, visitors can sign up for a hands-on mixology class to learn the art behind pairing ingredients to craft concoctions. If you’re looking to extend the celebration during the month, the Epicurean Staycation awaits at the property offering spacious sea-view rooms.
