COVEBEACH, Dubai’s top beach club, will unveil the first phase of its new JBR location on 26th July. Located at La Vie, the new spot will feature SIERRA by COVEBEACH, a stylish venue for lunch and dinner.
SIERRA, which means ‘peaks’ in Spanish, offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf. The restaurant seats 146 guests and serves Dubai favourites like Burrata Di Puglia, Wagyu Beef Tartare, Black Truffle & Caviar, Lobster Pasta, and Greek Salad. It also boasts a live sushi bar with rolls such as spicy tuna, dynamite, and salmon & crab tempura.
The SIERRA lounge is perfect for shisha, drinks, and light bites while enjoying views of Ain Dubai. As the weather cools, it will be an excellent spot for sunsets.
COVEBEACH’s skilled staff have moved to the new location, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Executive Head Chef Nasser Fouad Laziri leads SIERRA by COVEBEACH with his innovative fine dining expertise from a 20-year career. The second phase, launching after summer, will include an adult-only pool, private cabana pools, a beachside lounge, and additional seating areas.
