Three groundbreaking concepts from D.ream, the renowned global restaurant group behind acclaimed venues like Amazonico, Coya, and Zuma, are set to launch at ICD Brookfield Place, Dubai, later this year

D.ream will expand its renowned culinary concepts, Bar des Prés and Il Gattopardo, to the 51st floor, covering over 18,000 sq ft. These will be complemented by a spectacular 1920s-style Art Deco bar, ‘1920’, spanning 4,000 sq ft on the 52nd floor. These three sophisticated yet vibrant venues promise unique culinary experiences with expertly curated mixology and entertainment for residents and visitors alike.

Bar des Prés

Bar des Prés, led by acclaimed Chef Cyril Lignac, will bring a sophisticated fusion of Franco-East Asian creations to Dubai’s dining scene. Known for his entrepreneurial flair and captivating on-screen presence, Lignac will showcase exceptional, seasonal ingredients while respecting traditional techniques. Dishes will include Green Asparagus with Caramelised Miso, Crunchy Crab & Avocado Galette with Madras, and Native Lobster Salad with Strawberries, Elderflower & Fresh Almond. The dessert menu will honour Lignac’s pastry chef roots with French classics like Guanaja Chocolate Soufflé and Pecan Praline Mille-Feuille. The restaurant will feature a Parisian-inspired dining area open for lunch and dinner.

Il Gattopardo

Inspired by its namesake novel, Il Gattopardo will embody the refined luxury of the Italian Riviera, honouring the heyday of frivolity and seduction. With a design that references the sophisticated charm of Milan and Venice, Il Gattopardo will offer a transformative ambience reminiscent of La Dolce Vita. Guests can enjoy modern interpretations of Italian classics such as Gamberi (Sicilian Mazara Prawns with Citrus Zest and Chicory) and Stracciatella Agnolotti with Roasted Tomato Cream and 24-month DOP Parmesan. Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli will helm the kitchen, bringing over 25 years of culinary experience from his native Abruzzo, Southern Italy.

1920 Bar

The 52nd-floor bar, ‘1920’, will transport guests back in time with its Art Deco style, inspired by Manhattan skyscrapers of the 1920s. Spanning 8,500 sq ft, the bar will feature private luxury event spaces designed for social, business, and leisure experiences, redefining luxury nightlife.
