Chef Fadul Alkassem takes the reins at Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai
Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai has announced the appointment of Fadul Alkassem as the property’s new head chef.
Chef Fadul Alkassem has more than 15 years of culinary experience, spanning the GCC and Levant regions. Prior to taking on this new role, he was the sous chef specialising in Levantine cuisine at The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel. He has also worked at Tamani Marina Hotel, Abu Dhabi National Hotels and Holiday Inn Al Barsha.
As the new head chef, he will work together with the F&B team in revamping the Friday brunch offerings and launching new theme nights at Kenza; as well as enhancing the property’s menus for à la carte dining and room service.
