The prestigious Pro Chef of the Year 2024 competition is set to take place on October 4, 2024, at the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) in Dubai.
Sponsored by Spinneys, the mystery ingredient cook-off will test the creativity and skills of some of the GCC’s finest chefs. Head Chefs, Chef de Cuisine, and Sous Chefs are invited to nominate themselves by September 10, 2024, for a chance to compete in this culinary challenge.
Following the culinary magic in the kitchen, a tasting session awaits, presided over by a discerning panel of industry experts. The selected chefs will face a three-hour challenge, during which they must craft three delectable courses.
The winner of the Pro Chef of the Year 2024 will be rewarded with a spectacular two-night stay at the luxurious Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives, including flights.
