The event, held in Abu Dhabi on 28 January 2025, marked a historic achievement for the bistro, solidifying its place as a trailblazer in the region’s dining scene. Notably, Orfali Bros Bistro has maintained its top position for the third consecutive year, having previously secured the #1 spot in both 2023 and 2024.
Founded by the visionary Orfali brothers—Mohammad, Wassim, and Omar—the bistro has consistently wowed diners with its inventive fusion of global flavours and Middle Eastern traditions. The 2025 awards ceremony, hosted in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi DCT Abu Dhabi, saw the Orfali brothers take the stage to accept the top honour.
