O Beach Dubai, part of the iconic O Beach Ibiza family, introduces its pre-opening leadership team for the day beach club destination set to launch on the Dubai Marina beachfront in Q4 2024
Duane Lineker, Co-Owner of O Beach, further brings 18 years of experience across Europe, Dubai, and the UK. Duane Lineker has played a key role in developing O Beach Dubai’s impressive amphitheatre-style venue, collaborating with Owner Tony Truman and lead designer Dorgham Khudareay to merge Ibiza’s lively pool party atmosphere with Dubai’s luxurious standards. Joining him is Marcus Robinson, the new Director of Operations, known for his dynamic leadership and extensive experience in F&B and hospitality. Robinson’s past roles, include launching Dubai’s first ladies’ day at Cove Beach and working with SOHO Family Hospitality Group and Savaya Group.
Ibrahim Ata will join O Beach Dubai as Executive Chef, bringing over 11 years of global culinary experience, including several top restaurants in Dubai. He discovered his passion for cooking while studying Tourism and Hotel Management at Akdeniz University, leading to a role as Chef de Partie at Gordon Ramsay Fine Dining at the St. Regis Hotel in Doha. Ibrahim honed his skills at several Gordon Ramsay restaurants and later became Senior Sous Chef at La Cantina Du Faubourg before becoming Chef De Cuisine at WHITE Beach & Restaurant.
O Beach Ibiza’s Brand & Events Director, Gemma Charters, will join O Beach Dubai’s pre-opening team, bringing extensive experience and creativity. Beginning her career at 20, Gemma has excelled in brand and events management, significantly contributing to Ibiza’s vibrant scene since 2024. Since joining O Beach in 2013, she has led multiple departments, shaping the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity. As the creative director, she oversees themes, prop design, music selection, and choreography, ensuring unforgettable events.
