The popular pizza restaurant in Dubai, Moon Slice, has added a second location in Aljada, Sharjah, with renovated interiors and a brand-new visual identity.
The stylish, minimalist setting with stunning beige and pistachio tones is sure to become the newest hotspot in town. The company enters the season with a new image and a commitment to maintaining each dish’s intense flavours and quick freshness. The artisan restaurant is currently operational in Aljada, Sharjah, and is prepared to serve a variety of unusual dishes in a second emirate. By the time of its reopening, the flagship branch in Dar Wasl, Al Safa, will also be using the updated branding and décor.
While you taste Moon Slice favourites, such as freshly made pizzas with premium grade toppings, you can also enjoy an immersive open-view kitchen where the talented pizzaiolos can be seen working their magic. The cosy, intimate atmosphere is added to by the comfortable booths that populate the venue, with a dedicated singular light illuminating each table.
With the new look, Moon Slice is ready to serve their distinct and innovative flavours in the quickly growing culinary hub, Aljada in Sharjah. The new branch offers appetizing dishes, such as arancini, crispy baby squid, aglio e olio shrimps, and wagyu carpaccio to start with. Mains include pastas, such as pink sauce prawns, mushroom pasta with white sauce, and seafood pasta with prawn bisque, tomato sauce, prawns, and squid. The showstopping dishes to be devoured are Moon Slice original pizzas, all made with their fresh, 48-hour fermented dough.
The flavoursome spread can be paired with their homemade mocktails, including Moon Fizz (double cream and crème de menthe), Anguria Alla Menta (watermelon, lychee, and lime juice), Apollo (lemon juice, hibiscus syrup and soda), Callisto (lemon juice, black syrup and soda), and Gamma Ray (fresh grapes, violet syrup, sprite). Fresh juices are available to order as well.
