The Ritz-Carlton, Doha announces Koni Kim as the new Director of Food & Beverage
Koni Kim, originally from South Korea, has a strong background in the industry. She recently served as the Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection on the inaugural EVRIMA. There, she managed five restaurants, six bars, and in-suite service. Before that, she was the Senior Food & Beverage Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Orlando Grande Lakes. At this location, she helped launch Knife & Spoon, which received a Michelin Star.

She will oversee the entire collection of restaurants, bars, banqueting and outside catering operations, bringing her skillset, motivational qualities, and leadership to the challenge. The Ritz-Carlton, Doha boasts popular dining spots like STK Doha, Sel & Miel, and B-Lounge. With Koni Kim’s addition, the hotel aims to continue providing innovative and memorable dining experiences.
