A Michelin-starred collaboration featuring Chef Saverio Sbaragli, Chef Jason Atherton, and Chef Himanshu Saini will be taking place on April 7
Jumeirah Burj Al Arab’s Al Muntaha is set to host a special one-night-only six-hands dinner, bringing together three acclaimed chefs—Chef Saverio Sbaragli, Row on 45’s Chef Jason Atherton, and Trèsind Studio’s Chef Himanshu Saini. The collaborative nine-course menu will see each chef present three signature dishes, including a dessert, with the option of a curated grape pairing.
Perched 200 metres above the Arabian Gulf, Al Muntaha offers a striking setting for the evening. Chef Saverio Sbaragli, known for his refined French-Italian approach, leads the kitchen, drawing on experience with Michelin-starred chefs Alain Ducasse and Alain Passard. Jason Atherton, the force behind Row on 45 and a global portfolio of Michelin-starred restaurants, brings his expertise in modern European cuisine. Completing the trio, Chef Himanshu Saini of Trèsind Studio is recognised for his innovative take on Indian cuisine, blending contemporary techniques with traditional flavours.
The evening will begin with a selection of canapés, leading into a menu designed to highlight each chef’s distinctive style.
