InFlavour, Saudi Arabia’s premier government-backed F&B event, is set to return to the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Centre from 1st to 3rd October.
Backed by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture MEWA, the Saudi Business Center SBC, and the Local Content & Government Procurement Authority LCGPA, the event aims to accelerate the nation’s ambition to become the Middle Eastern food and hospitality hub.
This year’s theme, ‘A New Beginning for Food,’ positions InFlavour as a vital platform for business generation and knowledge sharing. The event will help F&B businesses enhance trade margins and explore investment opportunities, while also facilitating connections between key decision-makers, investors, buyers, and entrepreneurs. Global industry disruptors will take the stage to deliver insights on the sector’s hottest topics and inspire change.
InFlavour Connect, a matchmaking feature, will enable participants to find suppliers and partners to grow their F&B businesses. The highly successful Table of Flavours will return, showcasing top chefs’ talents in the Chef’s Arena, alongside a line-up of global keynotes and innovators focusing on sustainable food systems.
Last year, InFlavour attracted over 30,000 visitors from 130 countries and featured celebrity chefs such as Manal Al Alem and Marco Pierre White. This year’s event expects 400 exhibitors, 50 leading chefs, 200 experts addressing sector challenges, and over 200 investors seeking opportunities in Saudi’s dynamic food industry. Strategic partners include Al Rabie and Neoleap, with exhibitors such as Sadafco, Foodics, Berain, Half Million, Aani & Dani, Fadeco, and Alraedah.
Innovation will be spurred by the return of The Five-Star Pitch Fest, a startup competition with categories for early-stage and well-established startups. Organisers are assembling a mix of international and regional F&B experts to discuss food technology and sustainability. The Main Stage will focus on sustainable food systems, featuring keynotes from leaders like Andrew Morlet, CEO of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Sara Roversi, President of the Future Food Institute, and Vincent Doumiezel, Advisor for the UN Compact on Oceans.
InFlavour is poised to be a landmark event, driving forward Saudi Arabia’s food and hospitality industry ambitions.
