Roobaru, located on Burj Khalifa Boulevard elevates Indian food with a ten-course meal chosen from its very own fire pit.

Specially selected items have been cooked to perfection adding character and flavour to unexpected dishes. Start with a tart, flavour-tingling pandora spritzer, made with spicy lemongrass, kaffir lime, and red pepper. The ideal Indian snack, the one-bite jalapeo sev puri is served with spiced jalapeo yoghurt, green apple and sev. Enjoy the taste and crunch of the cured sea bass with avocado chaat, which has smashed avocado to give the crisped papad texture.

Roobaru takes you to the campfire, as you indulge in the Galli Ka Bhutta, a corn pudding with charred kernels and the smokey husk served atop the roasted corn. As you go on to the next meal, excite your palette with the delectable Siliguri Momo, a ginger chicken dumpling drenched in garlic and a chili oil soup. This frozen pomegranate and lime treat has black salt and a sneaky sprinkling of chaat masala on top, giving it an incredible amount of flavour.

In addition, experience the bottle gourd kofta, also known as kauki Kofta, a tomato broth dish with pickled red onions and chopped vegetable balls. The final dish, mango malai, is a treat worth the wait. The irresistible mango kulfi with salted caramel topping rests on a bed of malai whipped cream that has just the right amount of handcrafted honeycomb crunch.

A cup of Haiyatea, with Darjeeling lavender and earl grey tea, will round out the dinner. You will definitely leave satisfied, yet eager to discover more flavours of India through the eyes of Roobaru.

Available on Mondays with two seatings at 7:30pm and 9pm. The ten-course menu is priced at AED250 with beverages pairing for an additional AED59. Call +9715 4776 6384 and visit Instagram
