The celebrated chef and creator of Ecole Ducasse, in partnership with Erth Hospitality, launches the École Ducasse Abu Dhabi Studio located at the historic Al Hosn site.
Representing the first of its kind in the region, this state-of-the-art studio is staffed by a stellar culinary team trained by executive chefs from Ecole Ducasse Paris Campus. The curriculum encompasses foundational techniques of French culinary and pastry arts, alongside the nuanced aspects of Emirati cuisine, offering an immersive journey for aspiring chefs, from mastering macarons to crafting traditional Emirati desserts.
