The California seafood house is all set to dish out its popular Poke bowls at Aquaventure Waterpark, Atlantis The Palm
After the successful launch of four restaurants in the USA, Cali-Poke is now available in Dubai. What is a Cali Poke bowl? The concept was curated to be a seamless merger of culinary traditions; by incorporating dressings which are a fusion of Peruvian/Japanese recipes, with fresh fish.
Expect nutritious Hawaiian-type seafood bowls from the brand’s three new restaurants in Dubai. The menu includes a Dubai bowl of cooked chicken and prawns, tossed in a spicy dressing with avocado, red onion, coriander and cucumber, topped with green onions, ginger and sesame seeds served over brown rice with garlic and chilli oil; the aloha bowl with ahi tuna and cubed mango tossed in a Japanese yuzu dressing with green onion, red onions, Cali’s signature spice blend and served over white rice with garlic and chilli oil; and more.
In an attempt to cater to International palates, the brand’s executive chefs have also brought over California’s affinity for Western foods and created the poke taco. Currently, the brand serves Business Bay, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Motor City, and Dubai Silicon Oasis.
