Say hello to Bushra, a new contemporary dining concept that showcases a generous sharing menu curated by the award-winning Chef Greg Malouf

Grosvenor House Dubai welcomes diners to discover the newest addition to its well-established collection of signature restaurants, Bushra by Buddha-Bar.

Translating to mean “good omen, good news” in Arabic, Bushra is a new culinary concept for the region, created by the renowned Buddha-Bar group. Diners can expect a showstopping Levantine menu curated by the award-winning celebrity chef, Greg Malouf.

Bushra by Buddha-Bar blends the old world with new dreams from the Middle East and North Africa civilizations that influenced Europe through the Ottoman expansion. Inspired by literature, music and the visual arts from the 19th century, Bushra effortlessly combines intrinsic elements of Arabian heritage into its uniquely faceted restaurant and bar; blending colours, textures, designs and sounds to create a special experience.

Once seated, take your pick from a Levantine menu where chef Greg Malouf presents the art of mezze through his dynamic sharing platters. Complementing the tastes of the Bushra menu is an extensive beverage list that revolves around the colourful and scented array of traditional Levantine ingredients. Here, brews are enriched with traditional spices such as sumac, nutmeg and hibiscus, that will transport you to the enchanting alleys of the spice souk.

Elevating the energy of the exhilarating ambience are the resident DJs that will play unique mixes of hedonistic Oriental music in combination with artful and subtle compilations, seven days a week. Live performances of traditional instruments will subtly integrate into the restaurant’s ambience.
