Atelier House Hospitality (AHH) has partnered with renowned chef Neha Mishra to introduce an exclusive Japanese dining experience in Dubai, slated to launch in Q3 2025
The venture will spotlight a refined temaki dining concept alongside a luxury speakeasy bar, catering to the region’s growing demand for high-end Japanese cuisine and interactive dining experiences. The menu will centre around freshly prepared temaki, ensuring optimal flavour and texture while offering guests an immersive Japanese culinary experience. The concept is designed to foster engagement, allowing diners to interact with chefs throughout the meal preparation process.
A key feature of the venue is its hidden speakeasy bar, integrated within the dining space yet openly accessible. The bar will offer a curated beverage programme, complementing the restaurant’s culinary offerings.
Panchali Mahendra, CEO of Atelier House Hospitality, expressed her enthusiasm about the new venture: “We are excited to introduce this interactive dining concept, which combines culinary artistry with engaging experiences. Tailored to resonate with the city’s appetite for innovative Japanese cuisine, doing this with one of the most talented chefs in the city—and my friend—is going to be a fun ride.”
Chef Neha Mishra shared her perspective: “As a gaijin who has dedicated their life’s work to the pursuit of understanding and creating (my own adaptation of) Japanese cuisine, this feels like a natural progression. Other than being a chef, creating concepts and being an operator appeals to me equally—this time from a unique perspective of being a conductor of the orchestra and allowing the craftsmanship to come from the masters. The partnership, experience, and infrastructure that AHH brings give strength and support to our collective vision.”
This premium Japanese restaurant in Dubai is expected to attract a diverse audience, from casual diners to gastronomes. Further details, including the concept’s name and official opening date, will be announced in the coming months.
