Before joining Anantara, he served as Executive Chef for a prestigious island resort in the Middle East, where he successfully revamped the kitchen operations, enhancing efficiency and elevating culinary standards.
Sinju’s previous experience includes spearheading F&B operations for a prominent UNWI ruling family in the UAE, demonstrating his ability to cater to diverse culinary preferences and dietary needs, making him an exceptional addition to the team at Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi Retreat.
