With over a decade of experience at some of Dubai’s top dining destinations, Djordje has crafted acclaimed grape programs, curated sophisticated pairings, and led pre-opening teams to create unforgettable guest experiences.
Originally from Serbia, Djordje’s passion blossomed in Dubai, where he has held key roles at La Cantine du Faubourg, Indochine DXB, Fouquet’s, and Salvaje & Arrogante Dubai. At Amelia, he oversees a selection of over 300 labels, blending old-world charm with modern innovation to complement the restaurant’s fusion of Japanese, Peruvian, and Mediterranean cuisines.
Djordje’s holistic approach also includes team mentorship, exclusive grape events, and a focus on enhancing the guest journey through bespoke food and grape pairings.
