The MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi 2025 has released its third edition, reflecting the city’s dynamic dining scene
This year, five new restaurants have been added, including two that received the Bib Gourmand distinction. All four current MICHELIN Star establishments—Erth, 99 Sushi Bar, Hakkasan, and Talea by Antonio Guida—have successfully retained their stars.
New Additions to the Guide
The following five restaurants have joined the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi 2025:
- Mika: Located at Yas Marina, Mika is noted for its Mediterranean cuisine and has earned a Bib Gourmand for its value.
- Bord Eau by Nicolas Isnard: This venue serves classic French dishes and offers a refined dining experience.
- Em Sherif Sea Café: Known for authentic Lebanese dishes, this restaurant focuses on traditional cooking methods and flavours.
- Broadway: A modern American brasserie at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
- ryba: Specialising in local fish prepared over a charcoal grill, ryba has also received a Bib Gourmand for its affordable seafood offerings.
Alongside new entries, several establishments have maintained their Bib Gourmand status, including t’azal, Al Mrzab, Beirut Sur Mer, Otoro, and Almayass.
This year’s Young Chef Award went to Yasmina Hayek from Em Sherif Sea Café, recognised for her blend of traditional and modern dining. The Welcome and Service Award was awarded to Mika for its attentive and friendly service, while ryba received the Opening of the Year award for its focus on local seafood.
