La Liste, the global guide to the world’s best hotels and restaurants, has today announced the winners of their annual Pastry Awards, followed by the La Liste Garden Party held this evening in Paris

The 10 LA LISTE Special Award categories recognise 25 pastry chefs and owners across 14 countries, from California to Lima, Paris, Budapest, Pakistan, Melbourne, and Singapore, showcasing international talent in this dynamic industry.

Dominique Ansel, creator of the viral hybrid pastry the Cronut, receives the Pastry Game Changer Award. Bastien Blanc-Tailleur is crowned World’s Most Creative Pastry Chef, presented by Cacao Barry®. Antonio Bachour from Miami and Janice Wong from Singapore are joint winners of the Pastry Innovation Award.

The annual LA LISTE Garden Party, a gathering of culinary luminaries in the heart of Paris on June 17th, served as a prelude to Paris 2024, honouring innovation and talent across the pastry world. The announcement of the World’s Best Pastry Shop Selection, supported by principal sponsor Cacao Barry®, highlighted the exceptional quality and diversity among the selected 3,000 pastry shops worldwide.
