The Pro Chef Middle East Awards 2021 recognised the biggest accomplishments and triumphs of Chefs across the Middle East’s food and beverage sector
For nine consecutive years, The Pro Chef Middle East Awards have been celebrating the best culinary achievements of Chefs across the region.
The year 2021 was no different. Over the course of the year, beginning with Chefs being nominated in their specific award category; moving onwards with numerous voting stages by their industry peers to ensure fairness; and culminating with only one champion in each speciality section, we finally have the Winners of The Pro Chef Middle East Awards 2021.

We also have the winner of the Pro Chef of the Year 2021 award, where UAE-based chefs in leadership positions were invited to submit their nomination. From these nominations, three of the region’s best chefs were selected by a prestigious panel to compete in a cooking challenge to secure the crown of ‘Pro Chef of the Year 2021’. This mystery box cook-off took place The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in November 2021.
