Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer to take gastronomy to new heights with the launch of Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo
With 30 restaurants and bars and a rich 150-year-old history in the art de vivre and gastronomy, Monaco’s Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer (SBM) is introducing the very first edition of the ‘Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo’. The destination, which holds the most Michelin stars out of all resorts in Europe, will be having this festival at Blue Bay, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort on May 29.
More than just an event, this will be a true culinary celebration by maestros in the kitchen. Every month, from May to November (except July and August), a dinner by two chefs will be on offer in one of the Michelin-starred restaurants of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group – the Louis XV-Alain Ducasse at Hotel de Paris, the Blue Bay at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, Le Grill at Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo and at Elsa at Monte-Carlo Beach.
Each of SBM’s Michelin-starred house chefs have selected a notable guest chef to join forces with; and this multi-starred duo will deliver an exceptional dinner crafted by 4 hands.
This will culminate in November with a gala in the prestigious Salle Médecin of the Casino de Monte-Carlo. For the occasion, the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer chefs will come together to curate a dinner including their signature dishes.
Guests who wish to make a holiday experience out of it can book a stay at one of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer hotels and meet the Michelin-starred chefs in person, as part of the dinner experience. A rare moment, for an unforgettable memory.
