Sean Connolly is set to close his first Dubai restaurant later this month – becoming the latest in a long list of F&B outlets to shut in the UAE over the last 18 months.
Sean Connolly at Dubai Opera describes itself as a “contemporary brasserie, with an uncomplicated and produce driven menu.” Since opening its doors in September 2017, the restaurant has received a number of glowing reviews – with its rooftop terrace boasting incredible views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain.
British born Chef, Sean Connolly, has over 25 years’ experience in the kitchen and has become a household name for both his restaurants and his entertaining TV series’, which are broadcast in 35 countries worldwide.
Sean Connolly told Esquire Middle East that the restaurant will close on January 15.
