Best practice strategies presented to judging panel
Muhammad Ihsanullah, director of environment, health and safety at Al Bustan Rotana Dubai, has been named ‘Best Food Safety Manager’ in Dubai Municipality’s first food safety awards.
Organised by Dubai Municipality Food Control Department, the awards aim to recognise individuals and organisations maintaining ‘excellent standards of food safety’.
All the shortlisted candidates were then asked to personally appear infront of a select panel of judges and were requested to present their best practices and strategies towards food safety in their respective companies.
Hussein Hachem, cluster GM of Al Bustan and Al Murooj Rotana Dubai commented: “We are very proud of Muhamamad and his achievement. It is yet again another strong manifestation of the efforts and importance we put into food safety.
